The modules were developed after two years of training ward committees in mainly rural municipalities in the Eastern Cape as well as training municipal officials as ward committee trainers. The modules developed are:   Public Participation Roles and Functions of Ward Committees Dealing with Conflict Strategic Planning Meetings and Minutes Each module consists of a trainer’s handbook as well as participant handouts and a PowerPoint presentation.
